(Permalink) Ardrossan Harbour Ardrossan Town Level crossings Princes Street Level Crossing Stevenston  Ardrossan Town: 380111 crosses Princes Street on its way to Ardrossan Harbour. The crossing is protected with half barriers. On the left is a new building built on the site of the station building.  Stevenston: A failure of the barrier system at Stevenston results in 318 269 being flagged over the crossing against a danger signal on 12 November with a service for Ardrossan Town.  Ardrossan Harbour Junction: Ardrossan Harbour approach seen from the signalbox. Much reduced. Off to the left ran the lines to Ardrossan North and to the right others to the breakwater see image [[36336]]. |
