Ribbleton (Red Scar)
The former Longridge line trackbed is still available for use as a footpath and cycle track out to the old Red Scar sidings area but then peters out. This view looks towards Longridge near the end of the cycleway and is at the point where David Hindle photographed LMS 8F 48546 shunting the Courtaulds sidings in 1968. See image 27599.
