Knott End
The 'Wyre Rose' arrives from Fleetwood at the lower end of the Knott End slip on 20th December 2022. The ferry timetable is basically hourly at xx45 but there are large gaps at low tide. On this day there were services from 0745 to 1145 but then nothing until 1745. In the background the 'Ben-my-Chree', on the daytime sailing from Douglas to Heysham, makes its way through Morecambe Bay. See image 54225 on a day when the ferry could get a little closer to the village.
