Shaw and Crompton
A direct Then and Now comparison at Shaw and Crompton. See image 25659 for the same location five years earlier. The only noticeable change in this 2013 view is the disappearance of the signal box and barriers but the old station to the left has gone and been replaced by a new three platform tram station in front of Briar Mill.
