Darlington North Road
With the old S&D station now a museum, the 2008 entrance to the remaining operational platform at North Road is in McNay Street to the south of the station (with North Road itself running just off to the right). The steps ascend alongside the east wall of the old Stockton & Darlington Railway goods shed (which is now used by the Darlington Railway Preservation Society). See image 18928
