Slateford Aqueduct (1822-)

Description

This is an eight arch aqueduct on the Union Canal.

The Slateford Viaduct, on the Caledonian Railway, is immediately to the north. The canal aqueduct is often used as a viewpoint to photograph the railway viaduct.
