Opened on the Newcastle and Berwick Railway.


This three track (carrying two tracks) viaduct is in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The viaduct is at the east end of Newcastle Central and provides westbound access to the station from the south. At the south end of the viaduct is a triangular junction allowing access from the Team Valley Line and Carlisle to the west, and Sunderland to the east.
