Opened on the Edinburgh, Suburban and Southside Junction Railway.


Description

This was a two platform station in a deep cutting to the south of Colinton Road and the Union Canal. There were waiting rooms at platform level. The station had no goods yard.

British Railways were to open Craiglockhart Junction north of the canal.

The platforms still exist with building recesses.
