Merthyr, Tredegar and Abergavenny Railway (London and North Western Railway)
Introduction
The western portion of the Merthyr, Tredegar and Abergavenny Railway was opened by the London and North Western Railway after taking over the company. As with the eastern portion it was formed by connecting existing lines.
