Opened on the Maidens and Dunure Light Railway (Glasgow and South Western Railway).

Description

Girvan Grangeston is a proposed intermodal rail depot to be built north of Girvan station and loop on the closed former Maidens and Dunure Light Railway.

The depot would be accessed by the headshunt at the north end of the Girvan Loop. It would serve Grangestone Distillery.

Grangestone may also be spelt Grangeston.
