Description

This quay is on the south bank of the River Clyde. It is opposite Broomielaw Quay and just west of the approach lines to Glasgow Central on Clyde Viaduct [Glasgow Central]. To the west was Windmillcroft Quay.

In 1911 the berth allocation was
1 & 3 Henry Lamont & Co for Liverpool traffic
5 Hill & Co for Arran
7 & 9 James Little & Co for the west coast to the south, Stranraer and Preston
11 & 13 R Gilchrist & Co for Liverpool

Also known as Bridge Wharf.
