Lillie Bridge Depot: Until 1971 London Transport had a number of steam locomotives to assist with engineering operations and they were kept at Lillie Bridge and Neasden depots. For a number of years they consisted of ex WR class 5700 Pannier Tanks and this shot from March 1969 is of L94, formerly 7752, outside the shed at Lillie Bridge.

Seymour Junction: 58007 at Seymour in 1988, waiting to head for Markham pit to load coal for Didcot Power Station. Once a busy place there is nothing left here now of the railway and much has returned to nature.

Reading: The view at the west end of Reading station which i took to show how much it has changed from Western days in the 1970s. Nothing is left at all. Even the office blocks which formed the background are all gone. A IET of some description arrives. Sorry to say I have no interest in these things at all so did not record the number or the service it worked.
