Keltie Water Bridge: View of the very broad arch bridge over the Keltie Water at Bridge of Keltie, east of Callander. The view looks south west with the equivalent road bridge on the A84 beyond.
Whiteball Tunnel: Inside the signal box at Whiteball, not the best of pictures lots of refection.
Blair Atholl: Looking south from the footbridge at Blair Atholl in 1993. I know nothing about the coach body which satellite views suggest has now gone.
Gosport: Gosport station photographed in January 1969. Passenger services ended on 8th June 1953 when services were withdrawn between Fareham and Gosport although goods traffic continued until 1969.
Seymour Junction: Once a busy location serving a number of coal mines this was the view looking towards Seymour Junction and yard in 2012. Since this photo has been taken the remaining lines have been lifted.
Wrexham Central: When the relocated Wrexham Central station was constructed provision was only made for a two-car Sprinter but with the introduction of the 3-car Class 230 sets a slight extension was needed to the platform as seen here on 4th October 2023 (although a Sprinter was covering one diagram that day). See image [[70754]] taken from the bridge in 2019.
Callander and Oban Junction: View east about quarter of a mile east of Callander and Oban Junction showing the partly landscaped former railway. The line ran down the left side of Drumdhu wood, in the foreground, to Bridge of Keltie beyond and continued in that direction to Drumvaich Crossing. In the far distance the Wallace Monument can be seen on the horizon.
Heyford: The block shelf at Heyford in October 1967, not long before the box was closed.
Pontefract Tanshelf: 158815 from Leeds to Knottingley heading away from the camera as it departs from the reopened (1992) station at Pontefract Tanshelf, on Wednesday, 20th September 2023. The original station had closed in 1967.
Blackhouse Junction: Looking east from Walker Road, Ayr along the line to Mauchline, in 1992. There had been a council depot on the right and sidings for the Neptune Works on the left. The junction for the Ayr triangle is a short distance behind the camera.
County March Summit [West Highland]: High summer and it is dull as dull. Does the sun ever shine at County March? Not for me. [It does! See John Kirk's photograph [[86187]]. -EC] 37402 on a Fort William to Glasgow service. No digital film in 1988.
