Connel Ferry: A Class 27 brings an Oban to Glasgow train into Connel Ferry on 11th August 1965. Another Class 27 in the foreground is probably on a Ballachulish branch service.

Inverkeithing South Junction: 47854 passes Inverkeithing South Junction on 8th October 2021, taking empty stock to the Yard for stabling ready for the following day's SRPS excursion from Fife to Glenfinnan. 47813 was on the rear.

Germiston Junction High: A clear exhaust from A4 Pacific 60004 'William Whitelaw', accelerating the 5.30 pm three-hour Glasgow - Aberdeen express past Germiston High Junction in July 1963.

Balshaw Lane Junction: A northbound Voyager, heading to Scotland, passes signal PN 7 prior to Balshaw Lane Junction in May 2013.

Balerno Junction: April 1993 view of the bridge that carried the Balerno branch over the Union Canal, near to Balerno Junction where the branch diverged from the main line until 1967.

Bay Horse: 57002 brings up the rear of a classic traction convoy as it is towed from Gresty Bridge to Kingmoor behind 37423 and 37038. The DRS trio are seen in the cutting at Forton heading towards Lancaster on 30th June 2021. In January 2022, DRS announced it was selling a further six Class 57 locos and three Class 37s, (See News Item) although these three are not on the list.

Carlisle: Departmental train (6K05) on its way from Kingmoor to Basford Hall passing through Carlisle on 5th October 2021. DRS 68016 'Fearless' was hauling a rake of ballast wagons.
