Watlington: A London bound Class 387 EMU departs from Watlington (formerly Magdalen Road) in February 2018 heading along the long straight stretch of track towards Downham Market.
Kings Cross: The unique A1/1 60113 'Great Northern' at the end of its days at Kings Cross shed on 26 August 1962. It was the pioneer of the highly successful A1 class, of which 60133 'Pommern' was partly hidden by 60113 in this photo.
St Pancras: Looking north west along Pancras Road towards the east side entrance to the extended St Pancras station on a wet Saturday morning in July 2005. Opened the previous year, the extension was now handling all trains operating Midland main line services. Mr Barlow's original masterpiece is still under wraps on the left, with refurbishment and upgrading work in full swing. St Pancras International eventually took over Eurostar services (then being handled by Waterloo International) in November 2007. (See image [[17153]]).
St Boswells: A Standard Class 2MT 2-6-0 in the bay platform at St Boswells, with a service for the Kelso Branch, on 19th August 1963. The adjacent engine shed was devoid of track by this time.
Eglinton Street: The former Eglinton Street station, seen under new ownership on 27 December 2021.
Porthmadog Harbour [WHR]: Welsh Highland Railway train returning from Caernarfon now approaching the southern terminus at Porthmadog Harbour, negotiating the tramway-like level crossing before arriving at the station, on 22nd May 2016. Rebuilding of the entire length of this spectacular narrow gauge line, that had lain derelict since 1937, is one of the greatest and most remarkable achievements in the history of UK heritage railways.
Boat of Garten: 'CLYDE', a Barclay 0-4-0ST No 2315 of 1951, seen here shunting at Boat of Garten on the Strathspey Railway in the early 1980s. It is now located at the Spa Valley Railway under the name of 'LADY INGRID'.
Kilconquhar: A view east from the west end of Kilconquhar platform in September 2021. It is still there, below the extensive vegetation growth, but was much more visible thirty years ago. See image [[42322]]
Gospel Oak: 313101, in the last weeks of the old Silverlink regime, departing from Gospel Oak station with a train from Stratford to Richmond, on 6th September 2007. The line was taken over by Transport for London and re-christened London Overground the following November.
