Eastleigh: GBRf 66725 and Colas 70813 together in Eastleigh station sidings on 25th November 2021. The 66 seemed to be acting as the local shunter but the 70 was static all day.
Balornock Shed: Standard Class 3MT 77007 brings Motherwell's Caley 0-6-0 57278 into the yard at Balornock depot in September 1963. Sadly the 76-year old Jumbo had been withdrawn and was destined for scrapping at Arnott Young, Old Kilpatrick.
Briery Siding Halt: Briery Siding Halt was constructed for the use of staff at the nearby Bobbin Mill on the eastern outskirts of Keswick, which is now a holiday park. The platform survived long after the line closure (See image [[38890]] from 2012). More recently the trackbed cycle path has been linked through to Threlkeld and surfaced, which has created a very useful facility. Less happily the work has obliterated the old Briery Siding platform (A sort of Highways England mentality?). View towards Threlkeld in December 2021 from the bridge seen in Ken Strachan's earlier photograph.
Balshaw Lane Junction: GWR Castle Class 4-6-0 5043 'Earl of Mount Edgcumbe' heads a Vintage Trains 'The Red Rose' railtour south on the WCML at Balshaw Lane Jct on 16 April 2011. The tour was heading back to Tyseley after having taken a circular trip from Manchester via Stalybridge, Brighouse and Copy Pit [[33675]].
Lartington: View east in Oct 2021 along the vehicular access road to the former Lartington station site, with the former goods shed seen to the left and the large station house to the far right. Coal drops were off view to left of the goods shed, with the old weighbridge office still extant at a lower level, alongside the retaining wall close to the road entrance to the drops.
Stockwell: LU 2009 stock with a Victoria Line service to Brixton calling at its penultimate stop at Stockwell on 29th November 2011. This platform gives cross-platform same-level interchange with the southbound Northern Line to Morden. Similar interchange is available at the northbound platforms.
Ladybank Works: Interior of Ladybank Works in 2008 with the roof beginning to deteriorate badly. The roof of the shed collapsed subsequently and the site has been cleared.
Eglinton Street: Standard Class 4 76104 brings empty stock from Glasgow Central through Eglinton St station.
Porthmadog Harbour [WHR]: Ex South African Railways NSGG Garrett 2-6-2+2-6-2 Class 16 No.87 now back at Porthmadog Harbour station, having hauled a WHR train from Caernarfon, 25 miles away to the north, on 22nd May 2016.
