507002, in promotional livery, slows to call at Green Lane on 1st November 2023. In the background is the low roof tunnel that precluded the LMS installing overhead electrification on the Wirral lines. 507002 was withdrawn early in 2024 and on 11th March left the Merseyrail network on its way to Sims Metals in Newport for scrapping.
