Green Lane
Heading for Chester, 777004 emerges from the short tunnel from Birkenhead Central and calls at subterranean Green Lane on 1st November 2023. The narrower part of the cab front is the emergency exit door, should there be a need to evacuate the train in the single line Loop tunnel. A ladder is stored behind the door for this purpose.
