Milnthorpe
February 2020 was the wettest on record and Storms Ciara and Dennis impacted throughout the north west. On the 12th, in between these two weather events, London NorthWestern liveried TPE 350403 runs past flooded fields at Elmsfield with a Manchester Airport to Edinburgh service.
