Rawtenstall

The ten locos that gathered on the ELR for the Class 14s @ 50 gala sported a variety of liveries. D9526 from the West Somerset carried a Blue Circle roundel on one cab to reflect its service at APCM Westbury in the 1970s. The former D9524 worked at Grangemouth Refinery after withdrawal. Now based on Peak Rail it has a Rolls Royce engine in place of the Paxman original and sports large logo blue livery and the running number 14901. Both are seen running round at Rawtenstall on 26 July.
