St Helens Central
An afternoon stopping service from Liverpool Lime St to Wigan North Western pauses outside the new station building at St Helens Central (formerly Shaw St). The elderly Pacers are still intensively used around Manchester and Liverpool but will be the first DMUs to go when these lines are electrified.
