The overall roof over a section of the through platform at North Road, Darlington in April 2009 looking west towards Bishop Auckland. Trains no longer stop under the roof but use the eastern end of the platform nearest the McNay Street entrance. It does however appear to be much appreciated by the local pigeons. See image 30877
