Niddrie Exchange Sidings
View east from the footbridge at Niddrie West Junction towards Niddrie South Junction on a misty January morning in 1970 as NCB Lothians North no 25 (AB 2358 of 1954) returns from the exchange sidings to the shed at Newcraighall (Klondyke) colliery see image 31752. All signs of the sidings and the colliery itself are long gone, with the land to the right now occupied by the Fort Kinnaird retail park.
