Ardee Branch (Great Northern Railway [Ireland])

Introduction

This closed short single track branch from the former Dublin and Belfast Junction Railway ran west from Dromin to Ardee. It was built by the Great Northern Railway [Ireland].

Much of the trackbed now forms a foot/cyclepath, although close to the eastern end it is severed by the M1.
