27/07/1857	Penarth Harbour and Dock Railway Ely Tidal Harbour and Railway renamed Penarth Harbour and Dock Railway. Dock and tidal Harbour to be built and line from Penarth Junction (at Radyr) on the Taff Vale Railway to the dock. Crawshay Bailey was chairman.
