Opened on the Cairn Valley Light Railway (Glasgow and South Western Railway).

Description

This was a single platform station located on the Cairn Valley line between the Moniaive terminus (west) and Crossford. It was a small station with a small metal shelter on the platform, short siding and loading bank (approached from west) and station agent's house - all on north side of the line. A road bridge crossed the trackbed east of the station.
