Kelvinhaugh Refuse Despatch Works

Served by the Stobcross Railway.


This works was rail served. Access was by reversal from Yorkhill Yard. It was on the north side of the Stobcross Railway. The site had an immense chimney stalk which was a landmark.

The site has been obliterated by the 1979 opening of the Argyle Line and the new alignment to Finnieston West Junction.
