Greskine Signal Box (-1973)
Opened on the Caledonian Railway.
This signal box was on the west side of the line. There were railway cottages on the east side, south of the box. There was a loop here.
It was served by the carriage for railway staff and their families which ran from Beattock Summit and also served Auchencastle and other lineside locations with railway cottages.
The box closed in 1973, in preparation for electrification, taken over by the Motherwell Signalling Centre.
