Open on the Glasgow to Helensburgh.

This is a two platform station. The station is almost underground, but is open at the west end. Ticket offices are at ground level with platforms below.
The station always been below ground level being on a line built by cut and cover. The west end of the platforms formerly featured glass canopies. A little more of the station was open to the air in the past.
