Brock Water Troughs: A few empty wagons on the otherwise well loaded Hams Hall to Mossend service, passing Brock Water Troughs behind 66703 on 7th April 2025. This loco entered service with GBRF in 2001 and since 2002 has carried the name 'Doncaster PSB 1981-2002'.
North Shields: North Shields in January 2025. I got off here to take the Tyne Ferry, which was bit of a rush of a walk, but at least most of it was downhill .
Shapbeck Quarry: Colas Rail 70810 was working hard as it passed beneath Little Strickland Road, near the village of the same name, on Tuesday 15th April 2025 working 6E41 1158 Carlisle New Yard to Bradwell Up Sidings. Dollis Hill: The somewhat unobtrusive south side entrance to Dollis Hill station, LU Jubilee Line, at 14.41 on Saturday, 15th March 2025. This also forms a subway under the station to the other side of the lines, free of charge, with the ticket office in the subway beneath the island platform. The line here opened in 1880 but Dollis Hill did not open until 1st October 1909 as part of the Metropolitan Line. It was rebuilt and transferred to the Bakerloo Line on 20th November 1939 and finally transferred to the Jubilee Line on 1st May 1979.
Glenfarg: Looking to Glenfarg at the location where the M90 sweeps in from the right, at a higher level, to completely obliterate the former trackbed. View looks south.
Aberdeen Gas Works: Aberdeen Gas Works with 'Mr Therm' in 1961.
