Foxfield
View from the end of the platform at Foxfield, across the Up Line towards the exit, on 23rd May 2025. The building opposite was the 'Prince of Wales' pub, an excellent real ale outlet brewing its own beer. Sadly it closed during Covid and has not reopened and the impact on the number of people using the station has been significant. Almost 26,000 passenger journeys were recorded here in the year prior to Covid, but in the last three years it has consistently been about half of that number.
