Bradford Exchange
A Fairburn 2-6-4 tank, ready to leave Bradford Exchange for Leeds, with the Bradford portion of an ECML express for London. The engine number cannot be made out for certain, but looks to be 42073. If so, it is a locomotive that was subsequently preserved at the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway. The photograph dates from May 1967.
