Hopwood Signal Box
Viewed from the footbridge at the 5th Laneside Lock on the Rochdale Canal, 156464 heads away from the camera on a Headbolt Lane to Blackburn service on 17th April 2024. The Sprinter has just crossed the canal diagonally on Laneside Bridge, which was also the site of long closed Hopwood Signal Box.
