Carstairs
Having brought 15 sleeping cars overnight from Euston as far as Carstairs, EWS 90028 stands to the west of the platform at 0625, shrouded in fog, while the rear seven coaches are detached for Edinburgh. 90028 will then proceed to Glasgow Central with the remainder.
