Lethans Junction

A closer view of the long curve which brought the Steelend Branch Extension through 180 degrees near Lethans Junction. The small seemingly unnecessary bridge with concrete abutments carried the line over a tramway (which predated the railway) and connected Saline Valley Colliery Pit No 4 (which was to the left) to the original railhead.
