Lethans Junction
View of the Steelend Branch climbing the east side of Knock Hill. Off to the right the line reached Lethan Junction via a long curve and to the left it continued the climb to Lethans Colliery Pit No 1. Two alignments are seen in this view, the further away of which was the railway. Closer is a second alignment, which predated it, a colliery road or possibly earlier tram road.
