Chester
Newly introduced into passenger service in late 2022, the TfW Class 197s are being maintained at a CAF depot in Chester. 1st February was a national rail strike day but Merseyrail and Transport for Wales were not impacted by this and 197019 was about to leave Chester heading for Lime Street via the reopened Runcorn Curve.
