Rufford
With shiny new 'Northern' bodywork 156401 pauses at Rufford while working on Colne - Ormskirk - Blackpool South circuits on 14th September 2022. This unit was one of several transferred to Northern from the East Midlands this year (See image 79925). The train's seats are still upholstered in Stagecoach red but externally this 'First of Class' Sprinter is now indistinguishable from its Northern classmates.
