Buckshaw Parkway
A TPE Manchester Airport to Blackpool North service passes the construction site for Buckshaw Parkway in June 2011. Either side of the railway had been the Chorley ROF site (rail connected to the left beyond where the station is being built) but that had been progressively closed and was redeveloped for housing and warehousing.
The west Pennine hills form the backdrop.
