Burscough Junction
Looking west as 158906 crosses the Leeds and Liverpool Canal in Burscough, while working on the Ormskirk branch from Preston, on 24th August 2021. On the other side of the bridge the old Burscough Corn Mill towers above the the canal and is now in residential use. A nearby towpath milestone advised that we were 103 and one quarter miles from Leeds.
