NRM Shildon

The old goods shed at Shildon, seen here in November 2010. Dating from 1859 the shed was in use until the 1960s when Shildon lost its goods facilities. Today the refurbished building is part of the railway museum site. Note the adjacent stop used by the museums free bus service.
