Lealholm
Track renewal took place over much of the section of line between Danby and Lealholm on the Whitby branch during late September 2020. The section running west from close to milepost 23 1/2, which is just off view to left, through to just short of Lawns Road overbridge MBW/63 by Houlsyke, has just been ballasted after being relaid over the previous day and night. The field boundary stock fencing and the post and rail fencing for the accommodation underpass have also been renewed as part of the project
