Stubbins

East Lancashire Railway train from Rawtenstall to Bury Bolton Street, behind BR Standard Class 4 2-6-4T 80080, passing disused Stubbins station, closed in 1972 and not revived for heritage operations, on 5th April 2016. On the right is the trackbed of the former main line to Accrington, closed in 1966, that made a connection with what was formerly the Bacup branch south of Stubbins station although no Accrington line platforms were provided there.
