Methil East Junction
The remains of the rail route into Methil Docks seen looking east from the A955 road bridge in the summer of 2007. The abandoned and overgrown former 4-track railway bridge across the River Leven once carried lines serving Methil power station on the left (decommissioned 7 years earlier) as well as the various sidings and coal drops within the docks themselves. (See image 70920.)
