Brusselton Incline

View looking in an easterly direction, across a renovated farm accommodation bridge and now un-bridged Brusselton Lane, along the restored section of the Brusselton Incline, on the former Stockton & Darlington Railway, which runs in a WNW to ESE direction. Stone rail mounting blocks are seen in the foreground, and these are also in place along much of the section running alongside South Terrace, on the east side heading to the trees in the distance, although the later road encroached onto part of the trackbed near the engine house at the top of the incline.
