Brusselton Incline
Surviving accomodation bridge on the west side of the S & D Brusselton Incline between Shildon and West Auckland, built 1825. The listed bridge has been damaged by masonry removal but is now in the care of the Brusselton Incline Group. Trees and shrubs have been removed from the embankment between the bridge and Brusselton incline top, exposing a number of the original stone block sleepers.
