Morecambe Promenade
An exterior shot Morecambe Promenade station building in 1992. This image is one of a number taken by Lancaster City Council officers as part of a condition survey of the then still in use station. The poor state of the roof can be seen and this was typical of large parts of the building. Never the less, after the 1994 closure, the building was taken over by the council and renovated and is now an excellent entertainment venue.
