Lydney
The Forest of Dean is perhaps not the first place where you would look for a steel train on a Bank Holiday Monday; but this train from the West Midlands to South Wales proved me wrong. Bizarrely, after being held up at a level crossing for this train to pass, we were then held up at Lydney's other level crossing for a Dean Forest Railway DMU to pass. Good for photography, mind.
