Llynclys

Looking south from the road bridge at the site of the second Llynclys station on 14 September 2019. This is the home of a heritage line which operates south from here on the trackbed of the old Cambrian Railway to Penygarreg Halt. The remains of the bridge abutments that carried the Crickheath Tramway over the Cambrian can be seen in the foreground. Below the right hand abutment can also be seen the south end of the Oswestry bound platform of the original Llynclys station.
