Strathavon Coke Ovens

NBR Strathavon Branch. Remains of the southern abutment where this long closed branch crossed the River Avon on its way to serve the various mines, coke kilns etc around Jawcraig. The Strathavon Coke Ovens and pit, the original destination of the branch, were just to the north.
